We collect only what we need to operate FIRForge:

Email address

When you join the waitlist or request a trial, you provide your email address. We use it solely to notify you about FIRForge availability and product updates. We will never sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours automatically records standard access logs: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are used only to keep the site running and to diagnose errors. We retain them for a maximum of 30 days.

License activation

When you activate a FIRForge license, we record a device identifier alongside your license key to prevent unauthorized use. This data is stored only as long as your license is active.

We use your data only to:

• Send you the product download link and license key after purchase
• Notify you about important updates and bug fixes
• Prevent fraudulent license use
• Keep the website functioning

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics beyond basic server logs.

FIRForge.com does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site may set a minimal session cookie for functional purposes (e.g., remembering a form state). No third-party analytics cookies are in use.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except where strictly required by law, or where you have explicitly consented.

If you purchase FIRForge, payment is processed by our payment provider. Their own privacy policy governs data collected during checkout.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email us at info@firforge.com and we will respond within 30 days.
