We collect only what we need to operate FIRForge:
When you buy FIRForge, we receive the email address used at checkout. We use it to send your download link and activation code, provide support, and notify you about important product updates. We will never sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Like any web server, ours automatically records standard access logs: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are used only to keep the site running and to diagnose errors. We retain them for a maximum of 30 days.
When you activate a FIRForge license, we record a device identifier alongside your license key to prevent unauthorized use. This data is stored only as long as your license is active.
We use your data only to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except where strictly required by law, or where you have explicitly consented.
If you purchase FIRForge, payment is processed by our payment provider. Their own privacy policy governs data collected during checkout.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email us at info@firforge.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using FIRForge software or visiting firforge.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
A FIRForge license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on one (1) computer you own or control. You may not sublicense, rent, sell, share, or redistribute the software or your license key.
FIRForge is macOS software. Current builds support macOS 10.13 or later on Intel Macs and macOS 11 or later on Apple Silicon Macs.
A 14-day free trial is available. The trial is fully functional with no feature restrictions. After the trial period ends, a valid license is required to continue using the software.
FIRForge is sold as a digital software license. Because a 14-day trial is available before purchase, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or explicitly approved by FIRForge Audio.
After payment is confirmed, we issue one activation code for one machine and send the download link and activation details to the email address used at checkout.
All FIRForge software, branding, and website content are the property of FIRForge Audio. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our software or website beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
FIRForge software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIRForge Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
